A self difence training program was conducted by the Swayam team of women and child support unit of chandigarh police. they thaugt different technics to a 114 girls students of classes 6th to 12th and our staff members to protect themselves incase of any untoward situation this training program also enabled them to shurpen their insteincts and reflecses by inhancing their reaction time encase of need the trainers set an examples of good leadership and dedication combined with team work and energy.
